Enquire on WhatsApp or by email with the stone's reference. We will arrange a live video call to show you the stone in daylight and indoor light, or a private viewing in Colombo by appointment.
Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer, by a secure card payment link, or in person by card or cash.
Delivery
For buyers outside Sri Lanka, we arrange export and insured delivery for each stone individually, through the National Gem and Jewellery Authority, with the original laboratory report. Please ask us for details.
Our assurance
Every stone is sold with its laboratory report. If a stone does not match its report, we will refund it in full, including shipping.
Stones viewed and bought in person may be exchanged for another Téja stone within 30 days.
Custom jewellery requires a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable once work begins.
