Private Consultation

Choosing a natural gemstone is personal. A private consultation is a relaxed, no-obligation conversation with a member of our family, who mines the stones, to help you find the right one.

Two ways to meet

Live video call. Wherever you are, we show you the stones you are interested in on camera, in daylight and indoor light, alongside their laboratory reports. Calls usually last 20 to 30 minutes.

Private viewing in Colombo. See and hold the stones in person at 54, Kitulwatta Road, Colombo 08, by appointment.

What we can help with

  • Finding a stone by colour, size, shape and budget, including stones not yet listed on the website
  • Understanding treatment, origin and what a laboratory report tells you
  • Comparing two or three stones side by side
  • Choosing a stone for an engagement ring or a custom piece of jewellery
