A natural sapphire from Mozambique in vivid pink, the bright, saturated shade the trade calls "hot pink". The 1.110 ct octagonal is cut as a modified brilliant, which breaks the light into the lively, crushed-ice sparkle that suits this colour.
The stone shows no indication of heating. Most pink sapphire on the market has been heated to clean up or deepen its colour; this one carries its colour as it came from the ground.
Part of the Téja World Stones collection: gems from outside Sri Lanka, chosen for colour and documented with the same care as our Ceylon stones.
Guild Gem Laboratories has identified it as a natural sapphire of Mozambique origin, colour grade vivid pink with the trade name "Exceptional Hot Pink", with no indication of thermal enhancement, report no. 5113243291, dated 18 June 2026. The report can be verified at guildgemlab.com.
A durable stone for a ring or pendant, and a natural partner for rose gold. Available to view in Colombo by appointment. Further images and video on request via WhatsApp.
